Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than __3__business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Our intention is to serve customers with quality products. Hence, we have a liberal return, cancel and refund policy" which enables all our customers to return or cancel the products if due to any reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the products. Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a cancellation, return and refund. If a customer is not satisfied with the product they can return the product and get a refund


To be eligible for a return in the following cases:

1. Due to delay delivery of items

2. Poor packaging and items rotten within 24 hours of delivery

3. Due to nondelivery or logistic issues

4. Unavailable or missing items (in case of missing items, only missing items amount will be refunded)

5. Less weight than ordered
